Dr Claire Fowler

Claire has extensive experience with both public and private mental health and has a strong passion for psychology, mental health and well-being. Claire is able to support clients using her warm, compassionate and collaborative approach. Claire works directly with her clients to help them identify and then address their personal well-being goals to help them to build a life that feels worth living. Her approach includes identifying barriers that can get in the way to change, practicing acceptance where it is appropriate and encouraging change when needed. Claire can also help clients with discovering and shifting the thoughts, feelings or behaviours that are creating the issues across different areas of their lives. Claire supports the building of skills and effectiveness in behaviour to support clients to increase their understanding of themself and improve their well-being.

Claire has worked with a range of clients, with a diverse range of mental health conditions, and has developed a specialty in supporting clients who are dealing with emotional dysregulation challenges (including Borderline Personality Disorder, unhelpful patterns in relationships and difficulty relating/responding to others, anger, impulsivity, self-harm and risk), longstanding depression or anxiety, and trauma (PTSD and chronic PTSD). Claire is also experienced in working with mood disorders grief/bereavement, family conflict, coping skills, and personality disorders including borderline and narcissism. Claire brings a broad range of knowledge of therapies to her practice, specialising in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) with intensive training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy  (CPT) for trauma.

 Claire is committed to delivering culturally informed, trauma sensitive and LGBTQIA+ safe care.

Claire is also a Board Approved Supervisor and can provide supervision for provisional psychologists, psychologist in the clinical registrar program, supervision for psychologists or psychologists working in DBT seeking DBT specific supervision.

Clinical Psychologist

Ingrid Pryor

Ingrid is a warm and compassionate psychologist, providing clients with a safe space to explore their own goals for therapy and broader wellbeing. She provides evidence-based treatments, adapting techniques to each person’s needs and learning style.

Ingrid can see individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, with particular interest in supporting adults with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, chronic health conditions and stress associated with significant life changes. For those with ADHD, sensory difficulties and high levels of stress, Ingrid provides support to understand and manage cycles of burnout and foster emotional wellbeing.

Ingrid passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care. Treatment modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. With experience across inpatient hospital settings, outpatient group therapy and private practice, I welcome inquiries for both short-term counselling and longer-term treatment of more complex mental illness. While therapy may include a focus on symptom reduction, my practice aims to cultivate emotional awareness, self-compassion and resilience.

Karla Lomagno

Karla is a seasoned clinician with a decade of experience in both public and private mental health sectors. Known for her compassionate and collaborative approach, she works closely with clients to help them pinpoint their life-worth living goals, identify barriers to change, and support skills development to enhance behavioural effectiveness and improve overall sense of wellbeing.

Having worked with individuals grappling with a diverse range of mental health conditions, Karla has developed a keen interest in supporting those dealing with disordered eating and emotional dysregulation challenges. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice, specialising in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with intensive training and expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Family-Based Therapy (FBT), and trauma-informed therapy.

Karla's multifaceted skill set and empathetic approach makes her a valuable resource for individuals seeking support in navigating the complexities of mental health challenges, particularly in the realms of disordered eating and emotional regulation.
